Hajer B.

Hajer B.'s work experience begins in 1991 as an Assistant Sales Manager at Abou Nawas Hotels. In 1996, they joined PwC as an Audit Consultant/Financial Analyst and worked there until 2000. In 2002, they founded International Business Solutions and served as the Founder and Managing Partner until 2013. During this time, they provided finance and business consulting services, handled financial planning and reporting, and managed annual budgeting. In 2013, they joined Columbus Industries Inc, Filtration Group as a Financial Reporting and Budgeting Manager. In this role, they worked closely with the VP of Finance, department directors, and plant managers on various financial tasks. Currently, Hajer B. is the VP of Finance at Filtration Group - Finishing, starting in 2022.

Hajer B. obtained a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom degree in Marketing & Finance from Institut des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Carthage in 1991. Hajer then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Franklin University from 1994 to 1996. In terms of additional certifications, Hajer has completed various courses on topics such as digital transformation, strategic planning, accounting, Excel, and financial literacy from LinkedIn. These certifications were obtained between 2018 and 2021.
