Alessio Sciddurlo, MSc, MSc has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. From 2016 onwards, they worked at Filtronic as a Product Engineer, where they managed contract manufacturing projects, assisted the Design Engineering team with product development, provided product engineering support throughout the product cycle, and contributed to cost reduction and yield improvements. Prior to this, from 2011 to 2013, Alessio worked as a Civil Engineer - Professional Consultant at Consorzio UNING - Bari - Italy, where they produced detailed CAD drawings, prepared bills of quantities and technical reports for infrastructure projects, assessed environmental impact and risks, and ensured compliance with legal and safety guidelines. Additionally, in 2011 and 2012, they worked as an Independent Technician / Researcher at Prof. Eng. Vittorio Ranieri's Staff at the Roads and Transportation department at Politecnico di Bari, where their responsibilities included performing hydraulic conductivity tests, analyzing X-Ray Tomographies on pavement samples, and conducting studies on filtration models.

Alessio obtained their first level degree in Civil Engineering from Politecnico di Bari in 2007. Alessio then pursued a Specialistic Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Road Infrastructure Engineering from the same university, completing it in 2011.
