Jorge Castillo Aste is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive leadership experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Gerente de Capital Humano at FIMA PERU since October 2009, Jorge's role focuses on developing the human capital area and enhancing personnel management to support the company's expansion. Prior to this, Jorge held the position of Director de Recursos Humanos at Grupo Cosentino from April 2002 to January 2009, where policies and processes were established for a multi-departmental HR structure serving 1300 employees across over ten countries. Jorge's career began at Grupo Gigante as Director de Recursos Humanos from January 1998 to April 2002, where Jorge was responsible for creating and leading the HR department. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Human Resources Management from IE Business School, an MBA from IEDE, and law degrees from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
