Kaitlin Bath

Kaitlin Bath has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Kaitlin began their career as a Cement Field Engineer Intern at Schlumberger in 2010, where they gained knowledge about drilling and production processes. In 2011, they joined Antero Resources as a Midstream Engineer, where they used their analytical skills to increase gas well flow rates and collaborated with the production team to develop field procedures. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Process Engineer at Halker Consulting LLC, where they focused on equipment sizing and analysis of site problems. Kaitlin then returned to Antero Resources as a Senior Facilities Engineer from 2014 to 2018, where they designed site layouts and ensured compliance with regulations. Currently, they work as a Contract Facilities Engineer at Discovery Natural Resources LLC, utilizing their skills in facility design and modeling.

Kaitlin Bath attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical & Biological Engineering.
