Kaitlin Bath has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Kaitlin began their career as a Cement Field Engineer Intern at Schlumberger in 2010, where they gained knowledge about drilling and production processes. In 2011, they joined Antero Resources as a Midstream Engineer, where they used their analytical skills to increase gas well flow rates and collaborated with the production team to develop field procedures. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Process Engineer at Halker Consulting LLC, where they focused on equipment sizing and analysis of site problems.
