Carrie Schrupp

Carrie (Schrupp) Kirkland currently serves as Chief of Staff at Fin Capital since July 2023. Previously, Carrie was an Executive Assistant and Recruiting Manager at Sutter Hill Ventures, where expertise in supporting technology start-ups was honed from August 2020 to August 2022. Prior to that, roles in sales at HelloSign, a Dropbox Company, and in sales development at WePay allowed for the development of skills in simplifying work processes and providing integrated payment solutions. Carrie also worked closely with GoFundMe as part of WePay's team to manage risk. Earlier experience includes serving as the Cosmetic Oculoplastics Coordinator at the Byers Eye Institute at Stanford, where Carrie played a critical role in patient engagement, and a Medical Relief Volunteer at Delaney Bay Fund, setting up a lab in Haiti to enhance community healthcare. Educational accomplishments include studies at University of Minnesota, Golden Gate University, Skyline College, and Grand Rapids Senior High School, with a certificate in EMT.
