Efren Villarico

Efren Villarico has been working in the field of software engineering since 2009. Efren began their career as a Solutions Engineer at Lexmark, where they were responsible for managing and supporting SQL databases, maintaining stored procedures, and supporting smart card based authentication. In 2017, they became self-employed as a Full-stack Developer. In 2020, they joined Fligno as a Senior Software Engineer and Light Of Hope Ph as a Full Stack and IoT Developer. Currently, they are a Technical Lead Developer at FIN-PAY.

Efren Villarico has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines, as well as a Technician degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from the same university. Efren also holds a number of certifications, including CompTIA Security+, MCSA(70-410) Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012, Microsoft Certified Professional, CCNA Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching, Certified Security Sentinel, PyTorch Scholarship Challenge, Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certified, Project Management Essentials Certified (PMEC), and Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC).
