Carrie Schrupp

Carrie (Schrupp) Kirkland currently serves as Chief of Staff at Fin Capital since July 2023. Prior to this role, Carrie held the position of Executive Assistant and Recruiting Manager at Sutter Hill Ventures from August 2020 to August 2022, supporting technology-based startups and entrepreneurs. Carrie has experience in sales roles at HelloSign and WePay, focusing on digital solutions and integrated payment services. Additional experience includes coordinating cosmetic oculoplastics at Byers Eye Institute and volunteering in medical relief efforts in Haiti. Carrie has pursued education at the University of Minnesota, Golden Gate University, Skyline College, and holds a certificate as an EMT from Skyline College.
