Mahesh Bhosale

Mahesh Bhosale is the Head of Software Engineering at FinAccel. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at PubMatic from February 2012 to August 2015. Mahesh was part of the PubMatic Ad Server Development Team and was responsible for designing and implementing real-time, highly distributed and scalable components of the advertising platform across Display/Mobile/Video and across ad formats(Banner/Native).

Bhosale has also worked as a Software Engineer at Cisco (Starent Networks) from July 2009 to February 2012. During their time at Cisco, they were responsible for continuously learning and getting updated about new concepts, technologies and practices, as well as for following agile methodologies and working in an environment of Feature Teams, Continuous Delivery, TDD, and Online Experiments. Mahesh also fine-tuned real time ad serving systems, optimizing to the micro second level, and modeled, defined and implemented APIs for external systems.

Mahesh has a patent applied in core mobile auctioning and latency optimization.

Mahesh Bhosale holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute Of Technology.

Mahesh Bhosale reports to Alie Tan, CTO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Henri Harianja - Head, Software Engineering, Yansen Tan - Head, Fullstack Engineering, and Joelian Samuel - Head, ML Engineering.
