Ayelet Ilan

Ayelet Ilan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ayelet is currently working as the Head of Recruitment at Final since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Recruitment at Via from 2016 to 2022, where they contributed to the development of innovative transportation technology. Ayelet also co-founded Mappal Organizational Processes in 2010 and held various roles until 2022. Ayelet has worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Equus Technologies, Crosswise Ltd., and Guesty, where they helped companies enhance their online advertising, vacation rental management, and recruitment processes, respectively. Ayelet also garnered experience as a Recruitment Specialist at Vonage, an HR Specialist at Insightera, and a Placement Consultant at Fiverr.com. Before these positions, they worked as the Director of HR at Deep Breeze LTD from 2001 to 2010.

Ayelet Ilan obtained an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Haifa from 2010 to 2011.
