Maor Ben Aroosh

Maor Ben Aroosh is an experienced DevOps professional with a strong background in building and managing teams across various organizations. Currently serving as a DevOps Manager at Final since September 2020, Maor focuses on team development and operational efficiency. Prior experience includes managing a 10+ member DevOps team at Allot from April 2018 to August 2020, along with a role as a global DevOps Engineer and SysAdmin at Verint from April 2016 to July 2018, where Maor designed and implemented CI/CD systems. Previous positions also encompass R&D IT management at Polycom, overseeing complex environments, and IT management at the Israel Defense Forces’ Military Intelligence, where Maor managed one of the largest data centers in the Middle East. Maor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Holon Institute of Technology and a practical degree in electronic engineering from "mosinzon" college in Israel.
