Nathan Dart

Nathan Dart has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Nathan started their career in 2001 as a Realtor/Owner of RE/MAX All Pro, where they successfully managed and operated the business for 16 years. After that, they founded Dart Homes in 2008, where they served as the Owner and Team Lead. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President at Final Offer since 2023.

Nathan Dart attended Quince Orchard High School from 1994 to 1997, where they pursued a College Preparatory degree. After high school, they enrolled at the University of Maryland from 1998 to 2001, majoring in Interpersonal Communication and earning a degree in Communication. In addition to their formal education, Nathan Dart obtained several certifications in the real estate field, including ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), and CLHMS (Certified Luxury Marketing Specialist), through the National Association of REALTORS®.
