Adrian Hartmann has extensive experience in business consulting and management roles. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Finalix Business Consulting, Adrian is responsible for internal communication and operational readiness during a digital transformation initiative at a Swiss insurance company. Prior to this, Adrian held key positions at Avaloq and Synpulse Management Consulting, where Adrian led consulting teams, managed client engagements, and developed consulting service offerings in the banking industry. With a Master's degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from the University of Zurich, Adrian also has experience in business analysis, project management, and training internal staff in consulting methodology.
