Jeannine Richardson

Jeannine Richardson has extensive experience in the education technology industry. Jeannine is currently the Vice President of Professional Services at Finalsite, where they lead client-facing implementation teams and ensures successful software implementations. Prior to that, Jeannine held the position of Vice President, Solutions Engineering and Professional Services at Blackboard K-12. Jeannine has also held various roles at Blackboard, including Director Solutions Engineering, K-12 and Business/Government, Director of K-12 Technical and Solutions Engineering, Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering K-12, and Solutions Engineer, K-12. Before joining Blackboard, Jeannine worked as an Instructional Media Integration Coordinator at Arlington Public Schools.

Jeannine Richardson holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, which they obtained from George Mason University from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Penn State University, completing their studies from 1990 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. Jeannine acquired a Certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard Business School in November 2022, and they hold an Admin & Supervision, Pre-K-12 certification from the Virginia Department of Education, obtained in July 2019. Furthermore, they have an Elementary Education, Pre-K-6 certification from the same department, also obtained in July 2019. Recently, they completed certifications in Nano Tips for Using ChatGPT for Business with Rachel Woods and Customer Experience Leadership from LinkedIn in June and May 2023, respectively.
