Belinda Pllaha is an experienced professional in the field of credit risk and regulatory reporting, currently serving as a Managing Consultant at Finalyse since May 2018. Belinda has progressed through various roles at Finalyse, including Senior Consultant and Credit Risk Consultant. Prior to this, Belinda worked at Raiffeisen Bank Albania from August 2011 to April 2018, where significant responsibilities included the calculation, analysis, and reporting of Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA) and IFRS provisions, occupying positions such as Senior Officer and Junior Officer in Group Regulatory Provisioning/RWA and Reporting. Additionally, Belinda completed a brief job rotation in Retail Risk Solutions Management at Raiffeisen Bank International AG in early 2015. Academically, Belinda holds a Master of Business Administration from IPAG Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics from the University of Tirana, alongside an educational background from Sami Frasheri High School.
