Ben Taleb is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in training, development, and human resources management. Currently serving as Group HR Manager at Finalyse since July 2018, Taleb previously held positions such as Training & Development Advisor at Armonea and L&D Consultant at Securitas Belgium, where responsibilities included the management of training portfolios and development of training materials. With a strong foundation in project management from co-founding #Made In B, and extensive expertise in HR and payroll management at Altran, Renault Trucks, and Double You Agency, Taleb has demonstrated a comprehensive capability in improving organizational effectiveness through training and HR initiatives.
