Edward Rakitin began their work experience in 2005 at Forex Club, where they worked as a Teacher and Project Manager. Edward later joined FINAM in 2006 and held various roles such as Head of Department of Distance Learning and Head of Department of Monitoring, Control and Development of Customer Service. In 2016, Rakitin joined БКС as the Director of Client Services Development Department. Throughout their career, they played a key role in implementing and developing CRM systems, creating quality control systems, and introducing standards for customer service.

Edward Rakitin attended the Graduate School of Business/Institute of Economics and Management from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Marketing Management. In 2014, they also received additional certifications in "Management of Innovative Production" and "Management of Innovative Projects" from the International Business School of Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
