Luc Aubespin started their work experience in 2004 as a Responsable régional Sales Manager at Finance Active. Luc then moved on to become the Directeur des ventes at NEOVACOM in 2010, and held this role until 2013. In 2016, Aubespin became the Managing Partner at Hoplon and also took on the role of Sales ventes régionales at Neovacom. In 2023, they became the Head of Sales European Institutionnal & Public Sector at Finance Active.
Luc Aubespin obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance, from SKEMA Business School from 1997 to 2000. In addition, they have obtained certifications in "Selling for Impact" from Winning by Design in November 2023.
