Finance Factors
Rob Nelson has extensive work experience in finance, holding various roles in different companies. From 2020 to the present, they have been President of Finance Factors, Ltd., after serving as Senior Executive Vice President from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, they also became a Member of YPO. Prior to that, they worked at Maxim Integrated from 2014 to 2020, where they served as Director and was responsible for leading the Global Sales & Marketing Finance Team. Rob also managed the CFO Rotation Program and CFO Summer Intern Program. In 2013, they worked as a Senior Leadership Program Intern at Sears Holdings Corporation. From 2006 to 2012, they held various finance roles at Bank of America, including Finance Manager and Senior Financial Analyst.
Rob Nelson completed their Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Philosophy from Boston College between the years 2002 and 2006. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Finance and Marketing from the MIT Sloan School of Management from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their degrees, they obtained a certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute in June 2010.
