Virginie Lacroix is a seasoned professional in the financial and innovation sectors, currently serving as Director of Product & Innovation at Mastercard since December 2022, where responsibilities include enhancing Premium, SME, and ESG Solutions in France. In addition to this role, Virginie holds the position of President of Jury at Finance Innovation, leading efforts to support financial startups, and serves as Co-Pilot of the Impact Finance group at the Institut de la finance durable. With a strong academic background, Virginie has been a Masters Professor at CFPB - L'Ecole supérieure de la banque since 2013, teaching various financial subjects. Virginie's previous experience includes a significant tenure at Groupe Crédit du Nord as Head of Innovation Group, where strategic innovation initiatives were defined and executed. Moreover, Virginie founded an external financial management firm for SMEs and held a variety of roles in business development and partnerships across the finance industry. Education includes a Mastère in Marketing from Grenoble Ecole de Management and an Executive Certificate in Sustainable Transition Management from Mines Paris - PSL.
