Joy Barua, MBA, MA-OC

Joy Barua, MBA, MA-OC, has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership and executive roles. Currently, they serve as the President of Finance Insurance Ltd. Prior to that, they worked as the Deputy Director for the City and County of Honolulu, where they managed a budget of over $150 million and served as the public information officer.
