Gareth Fay

Gareth Fay has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and companies. Gareth started their career at First Active in 1996, where they worked as a Senior Accountant in Group Reporting until 2004. Gareth then joined Ulster Bank, where they held various positions including Manager of Property Credit Risk, Senior Manager of Property Finance in Corporate Banking, Senior Manager in the Global Restructuring Group, Director of RBS Capital Resolution Ireland (RCRI), and Director of Strategic Sales in Problem Debt Management. Gareth ended their tenure at Ulster Bank in 2017. Currently, Gareth is working at Finance Ireland as the Portfolio Director for Commercial Mortgages.

Gareth Fay obtained a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from the University of Limerick in 1996. In 1999, they completed the ACCA program and became an FCCA. In 2012, they attended the Institute of Banking to achieve a QFA designation.
