Charles Dillman

Charles Dillman has a diverse work experience in the field of real estate and finance. Charles started their career as an Independent Fee Appraiser at Key Appraisals in 1990 and worked there until 1997. Charles then joined Cityscape Corp. as a Staff Appraiser from 1997 to 1998. In 1999, Charles became the Vice President & Chief Appraiser at United PanAm Mortgage, where they implemented underwriting guidelines, managed staff appraisers, and conducted appraisal training. In 2001, they joined Eastdil Secured as a Senior Vice President and specialized in marketing campaigns for real estate investment banking. Charles then worked as the Chief Appraiser at Icon Residential Lenders from 2010 to 2013, at Rushmore Home Loans from 2013 to 2014, and currently holds the position of Chief Appraiser at Finance of America Reverse LLC since 2014.

Charles Dillman completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Northwestern University, starting in 1985 and finishing in 1989.
