Courtney Richardson

Courtney Richardson has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries and roles. Courtney started their career at Kellogg Company as a Market Manager. Courtney then moved on to Meltwater Group, where they held various positions such as Sales Manager, A/R Controller, Head of Global A/R, and Business Operations. After that, they joined American Express and worked as a Project Manager in their Payment Strategies team and later as a Director in their Servicing Strategy & Transformation department. Courtney then transitioned to American Advisors Group, where they held multiple roles, including Vice President of Sales Optimization, Vice President of Strategy & Transformation, and Vice President of Strategy & Execution. Currently, Courtney is serving as the Senior Vice President of Transformation & Integration at Finance of America Reverse.

Courtney Richardson obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from UCLA from 2001 to 2005. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Leadership Excellence from Harvard Business Publishing for completing the American Express & Harvard Certificate program.
