Philimon Muloni

Philimon Muloni is an experienced finance and project management professional with a diverse background in the banking and financial sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager in a company focused on sustainable environmental solutions since January 2019, Philimon also holds the position of General Accountant at Tier Four - MFI since December 2007 and has been a Financial Service Officer at Finance Trust Bank since September 2008, specializing in community mobilization for savings and loans. Previous roles include Credit Analyst and Senior Credit Manager at various financial institutions, along with experience as an Internal Auditor for the Local Government Authority. Philimon's education includes a Chartered Finance Certificate from the Chartered Finance Institute, ongoing studies at Athena Global Education and Cornerstone Ondemand Initiative, and prior qualifications from Islamic University in Uganda and Makerere University.
