Daisy Meakin

Daisy Meakin currently serves as COO and CFO at xUnlocked since March 2021, overseeing finance, HR, people operations, and sustainability initiatives, including B-Corp certification. Previous roles include Managing Director and Chief of Staff at Florence, where Daisy contributed to significant employee growth and the launch of new product divisions. Daisy also held a General Manager position at National Care Force during the pandemic, focusing on matching volunteers with social care providers, and served as Head of Special Projects at hometouch. With a strong background in strategic planning from Mantrac Group, Daisy has extensive experience in financial due diligence and advisory roles at Smith & Williamson and Nexia TS. Daisy holds an MBA from London Business School, a Level 4 Data Analyst apprenticeship from Multiverse, and is ACA qualified.
