Kathy Hill has an extensive career in financial aid services, currently serving as Vice President of Consulting Services at Financial Aid Services, Inc. since April 1994. Kathy has held various leadership roles within the company, including Executive Vice President of Client Services and Director of Operations. Additionally, Kathy contributed as a semi-retired consultant for Financial Aid Services from September 2016 to January 2017, focusing on special projects. Prior to this, Kathy gained experience at Northwestern University as Associate Director of Financial Aid and Admissions and at Illinois State University as a Financial Aid Administrator. Kathy holds a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communications from Illinois State University.
