Dusten Salinas

Dusten Salinas has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Dusten is currently the CTO at Financial Finesse since 2016. In 2017, they founded and became the CEO of Organtik, a community focused on vision exploration and creation. From 2018 to 2018, they served as the Sr. Director of Products at Avanade. Prior to that, they were the Practice Area Lead at Slalom Consulting from 2013 to 2016. Dusten has also held senior positions, such as Sr VP of Engineering at Viddy, Inc. and Solutions Architect at The Spitfire Group. Dusten started their career as a Software Engineer at ProNet in 1997.

Dusten Salinas attended Brophy from 1994 to 1998. Then, from 1998 to 2002, they studied Electrical Engineering & Computer Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
