Tanya Ladha

Tanya Ladha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of the Center for Racial Economic Equity at Jobs for the Future since August 2024, Tanya has previously held the role of Senior Director and DEI Leader at Financial Health Network since July 2013, where responsibilities included creating impactful programmatic infrastructure and fostering collaboration for improved equity in financial health outcomes. Tanya's foundational work in DEI is evidenced by the establishment of the organization's first internal committee dedicated to these principles. Earlier roles included positions as a Community Lender and Outreach and Communications Manager at PeopleFund from June 2007 to July 2010. Tanya holds an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a Master of Public Affairs in Community and Economic Development from The LBJ School of Public Affairs.
