Allison Steele is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in compliance and benefits administration. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance Analyst at Financial Horizons Group since July 2021, Allison previously held the position of Retirement and Benefits Specialist at The Steele Group Financial and Workplace Services Inc. from June 2011 to July 2021, where responsibilities included designing and implementing group benefit, savings, and pension programs, along with explaining complex investment and retirement options to employees. Additionally, Allison has experience as a Licensed Administrative Assistant, providing support and enrollment assistance to group plan members. Early career experience includes managing front-end operations at No Frills Supermarket. Allison holds an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and Services from Sheridan College.
