Brent Szilock is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Manager Finance at Financial Horizons Group since August 2014. With a background as Controller at Trylon from October 2012 to March 2014, Brent managed finances for a manufacturer of cellphone towers. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Financial Analyst at Research In Motion, providing financial analysis for North American sales and marketing initiatives. Brent also held Controller positions at Decoustics, specializing in acoustical products, and at SF Partnership and Horne LLP Chartered Accountants, focusing on audit and financial services. Brent is a Chartered Accountant, certified by the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2007, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University, obtained in 2004.
