Prior experience includes roles at Challenger Motor Freight Inc., where Dhaval led financial analysts and played a pivotal role in fiscal reporting, project management for a new Purchase Management system, and the month-end close process. Dhaval’s career began with positions at New Balance and various internships, emphasizing skills in variance analysis, reconciliations, and process automation. Academic credentials include a Chartered Professional Accountant designation from CPA Canada and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from McMaster University.
