Beth Kowing

Beth Kowing has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and organizations. Beth started their career at M&I Bank in 1997 as a Customer Service Representative. From there, they moved on to First Federal/Associated Bank, where they worked as a Personal Banker from 1999 to 2001, and then as an Assistant Manager from 2001 to 2002. In 2002, Beth joined FIPCO (Financial Institution Products Corporation) as a Project Manager, and later transitioned to the role of Loan Product Coordinator.
