Lisa Cernivivo

Lisa Cernivivo is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent management and organizational culture. Currently serving as the Director of Talent and Culture at the Financial Modeling Institute since January 2021, Lisa also holds the position of Managing Director at Marlington, where HR advisory services and fractional support are provided. Previous roles include Director of Operations & Human Resources at The Marquee Group, as well as various HR positions at the Rotman School of Management and the University of Toronto. Educational qualifications include an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations & Italian from the University of Toronto and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Humber College.
