Kristy Gusick is a seasoned marketing and financial services professional with extensive experience in strategic marketing and business development. Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Align Marketing Group since April 2022, Kristy leads a team of marketing specialists that functions as an outsourced marketing department for clients. Prior to this role, Kristy was a Partner at Professional Services Marketing, LLC, where strategic marketing consulting was provided to financial and accounting professionals. As a Growth Consultant at Ingenuity Marketing Group, new business development initiatives were spearheaded. Kristy has also held significant positions such as Business Development Director at The Blue Oak Group and Investment Advisor/Owner at Gusick & Isley Investments, LLC. In addition to practical experience, Kristy serves as a Board Member for the Financial Planning Association of Minnesota. Kristy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development with an emphasis in Career Counseling from Colorado State University.

It is affiliated with the Financial Planning Association (FPA), the principal professional organization for CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM (CFP®) professionals, educators, financial services professionals and students who seek advancement in a growing, dynamic profession. Formed in 2000, the FPA of MN has been recognized as one of the five strongest FPA chapters in the country.
