Jason Hetland

Jason Hetland serves as the President of Financial Planning Navigators since November 2024, following a tenure as a Financial Consultant with Bleakley Financial Group from June 2022 to November 2024. Previously, Hetland was a Consulting Partner at Hetland Financial from December 2016 to June 2022, where guidance focused on financial assumptions, growth analysis, risk management, and business valuation. Prior roles include Chief Operations Officer at Northwestern Mutual, Senior Finance Manager at Land O'Lakes, Inc., and various financial analyst positions at General Mills, where expertise ranged from budgeting and forecasting to financial modeling and decision support. Hetland holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a BA in Business with a focus on Finance and Marketing from Bethel University.
