Prior roles include Chief Operations Officer at Northwestern Mutual, Senior Finance Manager at Land O'Lakes, Inc., and various financial analyst positions at General Mills, where expertise ranged from budgeting and forecasting to financial modeling and decision support. Hetland holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a BA in Business with a focus on Finance and Marketing from Bethel University.
