Moira Conlon

Founder & President at Financial Profiles

Moira Conlon is the founder and president of Financial Profiles, a corporate financial communications firm. Moira has over 25 years of experience in investment banking and investor relations.

Conlon began their career as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch & Co. in 1985. Moira joined Financial Relations Board (FRB) in 1994 as EVP and General Manager of the West Coast investor relations practice. During their 12 years at FRB, they directed 70+ client engagements and led the expansion of the practice into San Francisco. In 2006, they joined The Abernathy MacGregor Group as Managing Director, where they provided counsel to clients in the areas of investor relations and transaction and crisis communications.

Conlon has extensive experience in corporate finance and capital markets. Moira has advised companies on a wide variety of transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), spin-offs, company sales, and crisis management. Moira has also been a member of crisis teams assisting clients facing issues such as options backdating, SEC investigations, employee layoffs, financial fraud, litigation, and executive management and Board changes.

Conlon is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.

Moira Conlon has a Bachelor's degree in Art Moira'story, Criticism and Conservation from Georgetown University.
