Iris Sanxhaku

Iris Sanxhaku is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and account management within the financial and insurance sectors. Currently serving as Client Service Manager and Director of Client Services at Financial Recovery Technologies since January 2015, Iris has been instrumental in client education and issue resolution, while identifying opportunities for sales growth. Prior roles include Account Manager at Unum, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing sales for over 200 cases and the management of enrollment strategies, as well as experience in the hospitality industry and non-profit sector. Iris co-founded organizations focused on community engagement and historical preservation, and interned with the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, where impactful research and advocacy work were undertaken. Iris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross.
