Mohamed Borham Atallah

Associate Actuary, Supervisor at Financial Regulatory Authority FRA

Mohamed Borham Atallah is an experienced actuary currently serving as an Associate Actuary and Supervisor at the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) since January 2018, overseeing the actuarial non-life department. Previously, Mohamed held the position of Actuary at the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority from November 2005 to January 2018. Mohamed has a Master's Degree in Actuarial Management from Bayes Business School (2009-2010) and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics with a specialization in Statistics and Data Analysis from The American University in Cairo (1998-2002). Additionally, Mohamed gained academic experience as a Teaching Assistant at the American University in Cairo, facilitating courses in probability and statistics and engaging in various instructional tasks. Academic research included a dissertation focused on the valuation and risk management of Hybrid Pension Schemes at City, University of London.
