Osman K.

Osman K. has a strong background in investment banking and financial services. From 2017 onwards, they have been a Managing Director at Financial Technology Partners/FT Partners, where they lead the firm's Special Executions Group and oversees financial execution and strategy globally. Prior to this, from 2013 to 2017, they were a Managing Director and Head of Financial Services/FinTech M&A at Alvarez & Marsal, where they established and grew the industry vertical and led numerous financial due diligence engagements. Osman also has experience at PwC, where they served as a Director in the Financial Services M&A Deals practice, leading buy-side and sell-side M&A due diligence engagements and providing corporate development support.
