Shantanu Gangwar

Shantanu Gangwar has a diverse range of work experience. Shantanu began their career as a Summer Analyst at Long Term Partners (LTP) / OC&C Italy in 2014. Shantanu then worked as a Summer Analyst at KCG Holdings, Inc. in 2015. In 2016, they joined TAP Advisors as an Analyst and later became an Associate, holding these positions until 2021. Currently, Shantanu is working at Financial Technology Partners / FT Partners, where they started as an Associate in 2021 and has now progressed to the role of Vice President in 2023.

Shantanu Gangwar completed their high school education at Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram from 2005 to 2012. Shantanu then attended Yale University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics. In 2013, Shantanu also attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for a summer school, focusing on courses in Finance and Financial Markets.
