Patrick McGee is an experienced journalist who has worked as a San Francisco Correspondent for the Financial Times since April 2013, focusing on technology and its implications for various industries, particularly regarding Apple and related hardware sectors. Previous roles at Financial Times include Frankfurt Correspondent, where coverage centered on German industry and major automotive disruptions, and Lead Writer for FastFT Asia, which involved in-depth reporting on Asian and European finance. Prior to joining the Financial Times, McGee served as a Bond Reporter for Dow Jones & The Wall Street Journal and covered the public finance market for The Bond Buyer.
