Jose Rion Cantu

Jose Rion Cantu is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in investment and finance. Currently serving as Vice Chairman and Chief Investment Officer at Grupo Jorisa since January 2013, Jose also holds the position of Vice Chairman and Board Member at Financiera Independencia since January 2009. Previously, Jose was the Chairman at Dxtivo from May 2012 to October 2016 and gained early experience as an Analyst at GBM Grupo Bursatil Mexicano from September 2007 to June 2009, as well as a Summer Intern - Analyst at Polo Capital in June 2010. Jose holds an MBA in Business from Stanford University Graduate School of Business (2009-2011) and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México (2003-2007).
