Darren Ablett

Darren Ablett currently serves as Managing Director and Head of the Asset Finance Group, Mortgage Derivatives & Securitization, and Mortgage Business at National Bank Financial, a position held since March 2010. Additionally, Darren holds a board member role at Credigy since December 2023. Prior experience includes various leadership positions at TD from May 2000 to February 2010, such as Vice President of Residential Mortgage Trading and Structured Products Group, as well as roles focused on credit hedging and interest rate derivatives. Early career experience at CT Securities involved equity and mutual fund trading, along with customer service responsibilities. Throughout the professional journey, Darren has been involved in planning and implementing significant technology solutions across different trading and customer service operations.
