Cristie Tania AWP®

Cristie Tania AWP® has worked in various industries since 2017. Cristie began their career as a Team Leader of Incoming Global Volunteer (Project Coordinator) at AIESEC in IPB. Cristie then held the Quality Experience Team of Incoming Global Volunteer role, as well as the Organizing Committee President of Explore Youth Entrepreneurship Project and Organizing Committee Finance roles. In 2017, they also worked as Co-Director of Human Resource at StudentsCatalyst. In 2020, they joined Finansialku.com as Business Development Executive and Financial Advisor Support Intern. Additionally, they were Product Analyst Intern and Product Development Intern at PT. Sumi Asih and a Sensory Evaluation Laboratory Assistant at the Food Science and Technology Department, Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB). During their time at Finansialku.com, they helped the company develop its business and marketing, proposed and executed ideas related with Brand Activation, opened up a new target market through a partnership, set up and arranged pitch meetings with partners, presented company profile to potential partners, conducted strategic partnerships, hosted Live Series Talk Show with inspiring speakers, and networked with CEOs of start-ups, financial industries, business owners, The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, KOLs, communities, and other stakeholders. At PT. Sumi Asih, they worked on the company's tea and Holland Rose Plantation. At the Food Science and Technology Department, Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB), they worked as a Sensory Evaluation Laboratory Assistant. At AIESEC in IPB, they implemented the AIESEC Leadership Development Model, which focused on world citizenship, self-awareness, solution-orientedness, and empowering others. At StudentsCatalyst, they worked on improving MEs in Bogor, specifically in creative marketing and brand awareness.

Cristie Tania AWP® is currently studying Food Science and Technology at IPB University, where they are expected to graduate in 2022. Cristie also participated in the Beswan Djarum 2019/2020 Organizational Leadership program at Djarum Beasiswa Plus from 2019 to 2020 and an Exchange Program at Tunghai University in 2019, where they studied Food Science and Technology. Prior to this, Cristie Tania AWP® was an Alumni at SMA Regina Pacis Bogor, where they studied Natural Sciences from 2014 to 2017. Cristie Tania AWP® has also obtained several certifications, including an Associate Wealth Planner from FPSB Indonesia in 2022, a GOFX Traders Lab from PT Agrodana Futures in 2021, Halal Training from Indonesia Halal Training and Education Center (IHATEC) in 2020, and a Pelatihan Penentuan Umur Simpan Produk Pangan dengan Metode Akselerasi (ASLT) from Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) in 2020.
