Alfred Karlsson

Alfred Karlsson is an HR specialist currently working at Finansinspektionen since August 2023. Previous experience includes roles as an HR strategist and HR generalist at Sida from October 2021 to March 2023, as well as serving as a security guard at Securitas Sverige AB from May 2017 to October 2021. Alfred also completed an internship in the HR department at Anticimex AB in April 2019 and worked as a mail carrier at Bring Sverige from February to December 2014. Military training was conducted with Försvarsmakten from August to November 2013. Alfred holds a degree in Human Resources with a focus on psychology from Jönköping University (2017-2020) and participated in exchange studies in Human Resources at Penn State University in 2019. Additionally, Alfred completed the Generation Next program through Dale Carnegie Training in 2013.
