Linda Ullman

Linda Ullman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in HR, compliance, and recruitment. Linda served as the Head of Compliance at Finansinspektionen from 2019 and previously held positions in the same organization as Executive Director HR and HR Specialist/Personalspecialist. Prior to that, they worked as a Personalhandläggare at the Ministry of Defence of Sweden, Statsrådsberedningen, and Regeringskansliet, Finansdepartementet. Linda also worked as a Rekryteringskonsult at Michaël Berglund Chefsrekrytering AB och OM Stockholmsbörsen. Linda Ullman is experienced in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.

Linda Ullman completed their education at various institutions. Linda attended Gestaltakademin from 2019 to 2023, where they obtained a degree in Organisation, grupp och individ. Linda'sfield of study focused on Förändringsledning, ledarskap och organisationsutveckling. Prior to that, they studied at Stockholm University from 1998 to 2000, earning a degree in Fil.kand psykologi PAO, with a focus on Psykologi. Linda also attended Linköping University from 1995 to 1997, where they pursued a degree in Civ. ek. Internationell fransk inriktning. Finally, they completed their Gymnasieutbildning (high school education) at Enskilda gymnasiet from 1992 to 1995, specializing in the Naturvetenskaplig linje.

Linda has also obtained additional certifications. In May 2023, they became a Diplomerad organisationskonsult from Gestaltakademin. In November 2022, they received certification in Hållbarhet i finansbranschen from Finanskompetens. Lastly, in December 2015, Linda Ullman attained a certification called World class employer branding from the Employer Branding Academy.
