Therese Östling Waller

Therese Östling Waller has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Therese started their career in 2003 as an HR partner at Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset. Therese then worked as an education leader and job placement officer at Arbetsförmedlingen from 2005 to 2007. At Brain, they served as an IT recruiter and consultant manager in 2007-2008. From 2008 to 2017, Therese held various roles at a prominent government organization, Arbetsförmedlingen, including HR strategists, HR chef for the Eastern region and head office, and HR chef responsible for the HR business partner organization. Most recently, in 2017, they joined SVT as an HR chef and temporarily served as the head of organizational development until 2019. Currently, Therese is working as an HR Director at Finansinspektionen starting from 2023.
