Joyce Lammers - Box

Joyce Lammers has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and management. Joyce is currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Finanxe, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, Joyce worked as a Strategic HR Business Partner at Gemeente Arnhem from October 2020 to December 2021.

Joyce also has a background in academia, having pursued a Master's degree in International Management & HR at IUBH Internationale Hochschule. During this time, they gained expertise in HRM strategy, employee relations, resource management, and corporate HRM.

Before their academic pursuits, Joyce worked at Unique, where they held various managerial positions. Joyce served as a National Manager & Interim Coach for Managers from March 2016 to January 2018, responsible for achieving commercial, financial, and HR objectives. Joyce also took on the role of Area Manager from December 2014 to March 2016, managing a yearly budget and a team of managers and staff members.

Additionally, Joyce developed the Young Talent Network (YTN) at Unique, aiming to bridge the gap between young talent and the competencies required in the labor market. Joyce was also a Senior Manager for Area West- and South of the Netherlands from April 2012 to November 2014, a Manager from September 2006 to March 2012, a Senior Consultant from September 2004 to August 2006, and an Area Consultant/Consultant from September 2000 to August 2004.

Joyce Lammers - Box obtained a Master's degree in Master HR | International Management from IUBH University of Applied Sciences, starting in 2018 and completing it in 2020. Prior to that, Joyce earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, starting in 2009 and finishing in 2012.
