Lonneke Makhija -van der Weijden

Lonneke Makhija -van der Weijden is an experienced entrepreneur and managing partner, currently leading Finaps since its inception in 2010, focusing on IT solutions for digital innovation and process optimization. Lonneke co-owns BMO, an organization dedicated to supporting businesses since 1979, and serves as an advisor for FinView, emphasizing the human aspect of technology. As a partner at Sygno, Lonneke is involved in combating financial crime through behavioral analysis. Active in the Entrepreneurs’ Organization Nederland, Lonneke collaborates with fellow entrepreneurs for continuous development. Previous roles include managerial positions at RBS and ABN AMRO, alongside participation in a management development traineeship at ING, and research on the IT industry's economic impact in India. Lonneke holds a Master’s degree in International Economics from Utrecht University.
