Serving as the Managing Partner and Owner of Finaps since 2012, Marlies has been pivotal in developing innovative IT solutions for organizations. Co-ownership of BMO Services since 2018 has enabled Marlies to focus on financial and administrative services with a customer-centric approach. As a Managing Partner at Humaps since 2022, Marlies has contributed to the self-service HR solution emphasizing humanistic values. Previous roles at Achmea and ABN AMRO spanned numerous leadership positions, including Director of IT Business Solutions and various high-level positions focused on operational efficiency and project delivery across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Marlies holds Master's degrees in Computer Science and Teaching from Leiden University.
